In celebration of the 30th Anniversary of the founding of the Letterpress Guild of New England, the LGNE and the Arsenal Center for the Arts present an exhibition to educate, entertain, and inform the public on the process of letterpress and broadside printing. Traditionally, letterpress has utilized type-metal letters to create marks on paper a single sheet at a time. This exhibition will display not only the works of the guild, but also a working letterpress that will help to inform the techniques and processes used by these talented artists.
